十年铸剑，2013年“杨氏青”还是江宁一个只有几张小桌的小龙虾排挡，如今提到南京小龙虾，杨氏青是无法绕开的品类餐饮代表。风尘仆仆而来，百家湖店是一座里程碑，也是品牌基因这十年间不断凝结提炼的自然显现，IN.X屋里门外吴为作为主创设计师希望用空间将它刻画出来。

Ten years in the making. In 2013, "Yang's Qing" was just a small crayfish restaurant in Jiangning with only a few tables. Today, when it comes to Nanjing crayfish, Yang's Qing is an indispensable representative of the category. After years of hard work, the Baijia Lake branch is a milestone and a natural manifestation of the brand's DNA, which has been continuously refined over the past decade. Wu Wei, the lead designer of IN.X, hopes to capture this essence through space.

如今，这座独栋建筑不仅仅提供令人称道的绝佳美味，同时也是杨氏青作为成熟餐饮品牌对南京在地文化的一次致意，它精美松弛、伴有清风。

Today, this standalone building not only offers commendable delicious food, but also serves as a tribute to Nanjing's local culture by Yangshiqing as a mature catering brand. It is exquisite, relaxed and accompanied by a breeze.

01.建筑Architectural Vessel

建筑容器 唤醒眷恋 Architectural Containers Awaken Nostalgia

得益于独栋建筑的自由度，设计师大胆创建了一个具有鲜明视觉系统，结构关系丰富的空间。更加可贵的是，通过对自然光和自然植被的巧妙利用，整栋建筑也是一个可以从里向外感受自然的盒子，原本平常的户外环境通过与建筑互构而变得值得玩味，室内则随着时间推移呈现出流动的生命样态。

Leveraging the freedom afforded by a single-family building, the designers boldly created a space with a distinct visual system and rich structural relationships. More importantly, through the clever use of natural light and vegetation, the entire building becomes a box that allows for a sense of nature from the inside out. The otherwise ordinary outdoor environment becomes a fascinating experience through its interplay with the architecture, while the interior, over time, reveals a fluid, life-like presence.

瑞秋·怀特里德 (Rachel Whiteread) 曾提到，曾经存在的建筑负空间（即留白空间）可以作为“原始痕迹”的视觉再现，唤起人们对家宅的眷恋。设计提取了江南建筑与民居中具有代表意义的云墙意向将整个建筑以黑白两色统一起来，指向城市和集体记忆中共同的眷恋。

Rachel Whiteread once noted that the negative space (or blank space) of a building can serve as a visual representation of a "primitive trace," evoking a sense of nostalgia for home. The design draws on the iconic cloud wall motif of Jiangnan architecture and residential dwellings, unifying the entire building in black and white, highlighting a shared nostalgia within the city and collective memory.

通过在建筑顶部开矩形窗，金属玻璃结构向上出挑为顶，形成巨大的“光筒”，通透的天窗结构体与立面和坡屋顶上的开窗共同作用，洁净的云墙成为绝佳的画布，四时显现、光如潮涌。

By opening a rectangular window at the top of the building, a metal glass structure protrudes upward as the top, forming a huge "light tube". The transparent skylight structure works together with the windows on the facade and sloping roof, and the clean cloud wall becomes an excellent canvas, showing the four seasons and the light surging like a tide.

02.构境江南Ambience

云墙为幕 自在吃虾 Cloud wall as a curtain, eating shrimps at ease

餐厅由地上两层和带有下沉庭院的地下一层组成。砖、木、石材切割的体块贯穿于整个设计之中，应用于立柱、墙面和分隔构件，具有统一而多样的表现力。

The restaurant consists of two floors above ground and a basement floor with a sunken courtyard. Brick, wood, and stone blocks are used throughout the design, applied to columns, walls, and partitions, creating a unified yet diverse expression.

一层由不同形式的散座区和吧台结合，云墙起伏连绵，作为结构和视觉的共同线索，卡座以墙做隔断关系，既自成一体又成为空间“村落”里的街巷存在，尽管材料和形式经过现代演绎，但这种可穿行游逛的松弛设定将人们的情感和意识向旧时光倾斜了，“内部”感消融了很大一部分，食客自然能抖落一身疲倦，喝小酒吃龙虾，看天光一点点滑落云墙。

The first floor is a combination of scattered seating areas and a bar, with undulating cloud walls serving as a common thread of structure and vision. The booths are separated by walls, forming a self-contained entity while also forming streets and alleys within the spatial "village". Although the materials and forms have been modernized, this relaxed setting for wandering and strolling tilts people's emotions and consciousness towards the old times, eliminating a large part of the sense of "inside". Diners can naturally shake off their fatigue, drink wine, eat lobster, and watch the sunlight gradually slide down the cloud wall.

坡屋顶下扶梯折回而上，带来江南园林隐秘的探索感，豁然开朗的二层回廊由中央组织起整层交通流线，空间垂直向上通透的光感在这里更加动人心神。

The escalator under the sloping roof turns back and goes up, bringing a sense of exploration of the secrets of Jiangnan gardens. The open second-floor corridor organizes the traffic flow of the entire floor from the center. The vertical and transparent light in the space is even more captivating here.

天窗下悬吊的大型艺术装置投射到立面，光影如悬铃木树冠，朱红色的“南京”两字跃然其上，饱满恣意——杨氏青的烟火和风情，皆不言自明。

A large art installation suspended under the skylight projects onto the facade, and the light and shadow are like the crown of a sycamore tree. The vermilion word "Nanjing" leaps out from it, full and unrestrained - the fireworks and style of Yangshiqing are self-evident.

细目格栅为窗为门，与光泽感低调的红色条砖墙渲染出温暖的生活感，艺术品皆以虾蟹瓜果为题，质朴可爱，无论在哪里落座，都有小景可看。

The fine mesh grilles serve as windows and doors, and together with the glossy and low-key red brick walls, they create a warm sense of life. The artworks are all themed around shrimp, crabs, melons and fruits, which are simple and lovely. No matter where you sit, there are small scenes to enjoy.

江南多梅，江南人爱梅花是骨子里的，清雅和喜庆在它身上并无隔阂，它成为一种温润的、带着书卷气和烟火气的共同记忆。地下一层包房门扇皆镂梅花，和公区江南小景共构成私密灵动的生活切片。

Plum blossoms are a common sight in Jiangnan, and their love for the blossom is ingrained in the locals. Elegance and joy are seamlessly integrated into this blossom, creating a warm, scholarly yet down-to-earth memory. The doors of the private rooms on the basement floor are all carved with plum blossoms, creating a private and vibrant slice of life alongside the Jiangnan scenery in the public areas.

其中三间端头的VIP包间连接室外下沉庭院，一扫负楼层的沉闷，反而是私享园林般的舒适。

Three of the VIP rooms at the end are connected to the outdoor sunken courtyard, which sweeps away the dullness of the underground floor and instead provides the comfort of a private garden.

03.策略Strategy

策略为先  设计为后  Strategy first, design second

“真正动人的场所，总能在味觉之外，唤醒更深层的城市记忆。”百家湖店是品牌和设计师以空间为载体所做的探索。在地性提炼与体验重塑的结合构建了一个与南京紧紧链接的场所，它是关于“何以为杨氏青”的可视性宣言。

"A truly moving place always awakens deeper urban memories beyond the sense of taste." The Baijia Lake store embodies a spatial exploration by the brand and designers. The combination of local refinement and experiential reimagining creates a place deeply connected to Nanjing, a visual statement about "Why Yang's Green?"

十余年餐饮市场大浪淘沙，杨氏青的品牌版图却日趋扩大稳固，百家湖店更像是一次漫长累积后的释放，将杨氏青所依恋、所扎根的江南山水、市井、烟火以完整的空间呈现。

日影漫过云墙，食客烹虾煮酒，杨氏青黄昏的烟火气，也煨暖此刻的南京城。

After more than a decade of volatile catering markets, Yang's Qing's brand presence has steadily expanded and consolidated. The Baijia Lake branch feels like a release after a long period of accumulation, showcasing the Jiangnan landscape, urban life, and everyday life that Yang's Qing cherishes and is rooted in through a comprehensive spatial experience.

Sunlight casts shadows across the cloud wall, diners cook shrimp and simmer wine, and the evening atmosphere of Yang's Qing warms the city of Nanjing.
