四季汤厨主营猪肚鸡、海南椰子鸡火锅,本案的设计从口味设定到空间设计都围绕着南方地域特色。在装饰材料上使用了大量的竹子、藤条、葵草叶等南方植物,以多样的姿态被设计其中,利用材质本身特性呈现自然的原汁原味,减少了人为的刻意装饰,突出本质之美。空间中精心处理的地面花砖拼贴装饰,也呈现出浓郁的地域性,将南方沿海城市老房子中的南洋风情引入其中。


Four Seasons Soup is mainly engaged in pork belly chicken and Hainan coconut chicken hot pot. The design of this case ranges from taste setting to space design. A large number of southern plants such as bamboo, rattan, and sunflower leaves are used in the decorative materials. They are designed in a variety of postures, using the characteristics of the material to present the natural original flavor, reducing the artificial deliberate decoration and highlighting the essence of nature. The carefully decorated floor tile collage decoration in the space also presents a strong regional character, which introduces the Nanyang style in the old houses of the southern coastal cities.


餐厅的一层入口隐于商业街上,楼梯间处悬吊了一组有机玻璃管制成的装置,纤细的身姿模拟了藤条等天然植物的管状形态,从视觉上形成了元素的上下关联,墙面部分使用了独创的水沙石工艺,在粗犷的灰调子下,更是衬托出玻璃管装置的视觉冲击力。


The entrance to the first floor of the restaurant is hidden on the commercial street. A set of plexiglass tubes is suspended from the stairwell. The slender figure simulates the tubular shape of natural plants such as rattan, which visually forms the upper and lower connections of the elements. The wall part uses the original water sand stone technology, under the rough gray tone, it also brings out the visual impact of the glass tube device.
