早在公元400多年的南北朝,《食珍录》中即有“炙鸭”字样出现,历经宋、元,成为明、清宫廷的美味,后逐步由皇宫传到民间。 至当下,当我们反观历史的时候,感受到味觉的岁月迭变的同时,也对空间有了新的认知。唐廊烤鸭店位于中粮祥云小镇——由设计师吴为倾力打造,从传统的饮食文化出发,由材质、色彩、艺术等不同方向由浅入深,循序渐进,力求打造一个饱具艺术气息的餐饮空间。

It is created by designer Wu Wei. Starting from the traditional food culture, the material, color, art and other directions are from shallow to deep, step by step, and strive to create an artistic atmosphere. Dining space.


如果说,居室是温馨舒适的,那餐饮空间必定是略带烟火气的高亢明亮,而设计师反其意而用之,空间中大面积施以中性色调铺开,静谧的孔雀蓝、沉稳的中国红、质感十足的金属色泽,烘托出整个空间的色调层次。质感间的统一、对比,和谐、跃动,都融于每一处细节,每一次目光落下的精致细腻,也正是呼应了中式菜品在色香味形上的讲究,让就餐的仪式感油然而生。在唐廊,空间的氛围是热情而不喧嚣,亲切而不市井,食客身处其中细细品味。在设计语言上,点线面之间的关系在设计师手中被完美诠释,空间的层次感,色彩间的相互衬托,质感的对比关系,都融于一室。

In Tang Lang, the atmosphere of the space is enthusiasm and unremarkable, friendly and not a market well, and the diners are in it. In the design language, the relationship between the dotted lines is perfectly interpreted in the hands of the designer, the layering of the space, the contrast between the colors, and the contrast of the textures are all in one room.


步入餐厅,一层主要作为公共空间使用,以散坐形式存在,中心区域特别设置了中央水景,这就有引申出空间的另一层涵义,寓餐饮于景观之中——陶冶心性。拾阶而上,天花上倾泻而下的“擀面杖”装置如山水连绵起伏,长长短短之间,充满趣味,似乎只有在这样的环境中,才能将回忆展开,娓娓道来……美国著名建筑师弗兰克·劳埃德·赖特曾经说过:“ 木材是最有人情味的材料 ” 的确,木材质感温润细腻,极具亲和力,是大自然赐予人类珍贵的礼物。二楼延续一楼的主色调,整体空间静谧而舒适,一侧靠窗的位置充分保证室内的光线,便随着天花艺术装置洒落而下,空间便框出一幅活色生香的画面。二层墙面上吊挂了四幅江南木雕花板,是业主无意间收来的旧时精致之物,置于当下的现代环境之中,时空间的转变,带出更多的意味,也为空间中添加了怀旧之感。


这大概是最惬意的空间,金色吊灯的点缀与青砖的粗旷形成强烈对比,成为空间中一抹精致的存在,午后于此品茗,窗外绿意潺潺。“或三五而选一,或数十而选一,必面背四旁,色泽青蓝,无燥纹坠角,叩之声震而清者,乃为入格。”青砖是中华文明的象征之一,似乎从其繁复的工艺可窥探传统文化的精髓。在唐廊的各种装饰材料中,设计师尤爱青砖元素,各具特色的设计手法将青砖的质感层层呈现,吧台部分依次排列的砖墙形成了强烈的秩序感;错落嵌入在金属仿铜框架之中的青砖,将经历过年代洗礼的斑驳城墙之感娓娓道来。

宁谧而悠然的原木清香加之青砖的素雅、古朴、宁静,将喧嚣的都市隔绝于外,静心养神,打造一处“隐于市”的桃源所在,带来独特的用餐体验。“大象无形”似乎只有古拙质朴的原木色才能与现代空间的形成强烈的对比与冲击,从而形成强烈的戏剧话效果。红酒架有序排列,俨然整齐,而后空间形成错落感,平面、立体之间交相辉映。除此之外,它也被用作隔断,把空间区分开来。二楼最大的惊喜是一端尽头的小型宴会厅,可用作聚会的场所,墙面使用了肌理漆,将故宫红墙的掠影引入室内,那经过时间洗礼的砖红,将厅内的色彩氛围渲染开来。
