大鸭梨远大店是设计师吴为对皇家御膳的再一次生动诠释。大刀阔斧的空间重塑、节奏清晰的视觉排布、细致入微的传统意象介入,传统餐饮“旧”的影子被扎实的传统气韵代替,更多的是随处都散发着的年轻活力。

千店千面的大鸭梨似乎在告诉消费者,对于经典品牌的空间体验,我们可以有非凡期待。

Dayali Yuanda Store is the designer Wu Wei's vivid interpretation of the Royal Diet. With drastic spatial reshaping, clear rhythmic visual arrangement, and meticulous intervention of traditional imagery, the "old" shadow of traditional catering has been replaced by solid traditional charm, and more of the youthful vitality exuding everywhere.

With thousands of stores and thousands of faces, Big Yali seems to tell consumers that we can have extraordinary expectations for the space experience of classic brands.

 

01

三餐的仪式——室内有方圆

自开阔拱门而入,一顿普通晚餐就离“宴”更近了一步。

在故宫建筑传统中,午门外方内圆的形制是对东方哲学最恰当的诠释。中高侧低的三个拱门作为就餐仪式的隆重开场将食客迎入室内,粗粝的灰色石材与拱门内铺装的铜色金属饰面形成了冲撞,仿佛召唤人们从古老城郭进入繁花绚烂之地。对“拱”的适度变形满足了吧台的功能需求,也在弱化仪式感的同时添了一份轻松时髦。

Entering from the open arch, an ordinary dinner is one step closer to the "banquet".

In the architectural tradition of the Forbidden City, the shape of the outer and inner circle of the Meridian Gate is the most appropriate interpretation of Eastern philosophy. The three arches in the middle and the high side and the low side serve as the grand opening of the dining ceremony to welcome diners into the room. The rough gray stone and the copper-colored metal veneer paved in the arches form a collision, as if calling people from the ancient city to the flowery place. . The moderate deformation of the "arch" satisfies the functional needs of the bar, and also adds a relaxed and fashionable look while weakening the sense of ritual.

 

空间中,几组拱门结构将方正规则的室内空间串联为彼此贯通的区域,隔而不断,既符合中国人对气韵流转的偏好,也在实际应用中提高空间能效。

更为动人心魄的是由拱门“夹道”的电梯间,大红色的亚克力构筑的拱顶在灯光下拥有层次感十足的光线变幻,“艺廊”般存在的这条通道喧宾却不夺主,与三组平行拱门打造的入口形成一当代、一传统的对照。

Even more breathtaking is the elevator room "sandwiched" by the arches. The red acrylic vault under the light has a layered sense of light changes. The passage like an "art gallery" is noisy but not dominant. , And the entrance created by three groups of parallel arches form a contemporary and a traditional contrast.

 

倒挂于电梯厅正上方的大红色中国龙口衔宝珠,整个雕塑作品由3D打印完成,体态轻盈矫健,将整个餐厅的“气”拉至顶峰。

The big red Chinese dragon-mouthed orb is hung upside down directly above the elevator hall. The entire sculpture is completed by 3D printing. The body is light and vigorous, pulling the "qi" of the entire restaurant to its peak.

皇家“正色”——千秋之红

空间色卡中,设计师为“红”留有一席之地。与以往“藏”的方式不同,这一次的红跃然眼前,成为挑起空间格调的重中之重。

In the space color card, the designer has reserved a place for "red". Different from the previous "hiding" method, this time the red is in front of us, becoming the most important thing to inspire the style of the space.

 

水泥、青砖、金属等材质首先赋予空间以黑白灰为基调的主色,大鸭梨作为沿袭传统的御膳餐饮,恢弘冷静的空间格调是基因里的一部分。在此基础上,红色以热烈之势进入,无论是拱形廊道的亚克力顶面,还是散座区与“灰”二分天下的红墙,都鲜明有力。在不同材料的表现手法叠加下,时而年轻奔放,时而尊贵优雅。

Cement, blue brick, metal and other materials first give the space the main color based on black, white and gray. As a traditional imperial catering catering, the grand and calm space style is part of the genes. On this basis, the red color enters with enthusiasm, whether it is the acrylic top surface of the arched corridor, or the red wall that divides the world between the scattered area and the "gray", it is vivid and powerful. Under the superposition of different materials, sometimes young and bold, sometimes noble and elegant.

 

在红的衬托下,空间的黑与灰向下沉,白色与金属光泽向上升起,整个空间在视觉与情绪上都打开至最大范围,开阔、愉悦、多变的就餐体验也由此而来。

Against the backdrop of red, the black and gray of the space sink downwards, and the white and metallic luster rise upward. The entire space is opened to the maximum visually and emotionally, and the open, pleasant, and changeable dining experience also comes from this.

当代空间 VS 传统藏宝图

在大写意的空间肌理之上,设计融入了非常丰富的皇家传统意象,经过解构后的应用收放自如,既能看到具象的表达,又有达意却“隐形”的细微功夫,当代空间细看之下,如同一张藏宝图。

On top of the freehand space texture, the design incorporates a very rich royal traditional image. After deconstruction, it can be applied and retracted freely. It can not only see the concrete expression, but also has the subtle skills of expressive but "invisible". The contemporary space is fine. It looks like a treasure map.

 

传统木结构屋檐的结构带来了立体感十足的散座区屋面,白色的使用又巧妙地赋予了雕塑感。

立面上,玻璃窗格上黄铜构件造型是更加隐晦地演绎,融合了传统建筑中门闩与屋檐的双重意象,解构再设计后点睛其中。

The structure of traditional wooden eaves brings a three-dimensional roof to the sitting area, and the use of white cleverly gives a sense of sculpture.

On the façade, the shape of the brass components on the glass panes is more obscurely deduced, combining the dual images of door bolts and eaves in traditional architecture, which is deconstructed and redesigned.

 

微缩做旧处理的金水桥与简化重塑的“九龙壁”粗粝到极致,与斑驳可见的老旧门楣遥相呼应,排列有致的简洁餐位嵌入其中。

The miniature and dilapidated Jinshui Bridge and the simplified and reshaped "Nine-Dragon Wall" are extremely rough, echoing the mottled and visible old door lintels, and neatly arranged and concise dining places are embedded in it.

 

背后,“金色琉璃瓦”成为传统建筑的抽象演播“荧幕”,枯树的夸张造型在衬托下却获得了不加修饰的奇幻风景——传统、当代、具象、抽象、立体、平面的交融互动是空间里一刻不停、异彩纷呈的剧目。

Behind the scenes, the "golden glazed tiles" has become the abstract studio "screen" of traditional architecture. The exaggerated shapes of dead trees provide unmodified fantasy scenery under the background-the blending and interaction of tradition, contemporary, concrete, abstract, three-dimensional, and plane. It is a non-stop and colorful repertoire in the space.

策略为先,设计为后

传统餐饮品牌一成不变的空间形象像一把双刃剑,固定的符号记忆后很难在快速成长的市场里“应万变”。IN.X屋里门外策略餐饮以“千店千面”重新定义了品牌空间策略,更精准的基因把控带来更自由的空间视觉,让“变”和“不变”成为赢得市场和食客的两张王牌。

The immutable spatial image of traditional catering brands is like a double-edged sword, and it is difficult to "respond to ever-changing" in a fast-growing market after a fixed symbol memory. IN.X's indoor and outdoor strategy catering redefines the brand's spatial strategy with "thousands of stores and thousands of faces". More precise genetic control brings more freedom of spatial vision, and makes "change" and "unchanged" become the winning market and Two trump cards for diners.
